I am unable to download CodePro Analytix I get the following

The requested URL /eclipse/inst/codepro/latest/3.6 was not found on this server.

when I access http://dl.google.com/eclipse/inst/codepro/latest/3.6

That link is for an Eclipse update site, not a web page.

Look for the Archived/zip update sites here...

You still need to install using the Update Manager, not a regular zip file.
