Help composer future?

Hi,

I can't find any information regarding Help Composer on the new Google pages. What does this mean regarding the future of Help Composer?

Google does not plan to continue working on Help Composer.

For all practical purposes, its functionality (TOC/HTML editing) has been replicated and replaced by functions in Eclipse itself.
