RCP Packager allows you to quickly create an RCP installer. Help Composer allows you to easily create and edit Eclipse Help projects and content.

I have tried activating RCPDeveloper several times, but even though the functioning portions appear to be active, the display continues to say that there is no license. Is this a bug, or is my system just unusual?

Please do not post license information in the forums.
For RCP Developer, your license should appear under Designer or WindowTester.
