RCP developer for windows installation problem

I got a warning message
Create Zip failed: can't write file C:\Program Files\Instantiations\RCPDeveloper_v3.5.0.200806270235\uninstall.jar

This caused I cannot uninstall RCP developer

You can easily uninstall the product by deleting its installed files in the /Program Files/Instantiations directory as well as any .link files in your /eclipse/links or /eclipse/dropins directory.

The restart Eclipse using the -clean option.
