Packager not creating anything?

I have created an RCP application and I am now trying to create the Installer. I go to File > Export > Other > Export RCP Product > Next and the Export RCP Product window comes up. The window contains the following;
Configuration File: "blank" When I click on Browse it has a message at the bottom telling me that No entries available.
Destination Directory: "Is filled in and I left the default value
Ant Script File Name: build-product.xml
Open an Explorer Window is checked

When I click on the Finish button nothing happens. What do I need to do to get the Packager to create the Installer?

It sounds like you need a .product configuration file.
