Link help to menu

Hi,

Ok, so I got through the Help Composer Tutorial ok and created a help "book" that appears in the Eclipse help system (Help menu/Help Contents from Eclipse).

The next thing I would like to do is to make this help file I have created available to users of my stand-alone RCP app.

In the case of the sample Contact Manager app, how would I add a "Help Contents" choice the Help menu?

Perhaps this could be added to the Help Composer Tutorial?
