RE: (Case 42818) WindowTester - Test script hangs, UI events

I need to know the status of Case 42818....it's been over a month since I've heard from your support personnel via e-mail, despite my repeated requests for status since early February. Since I haven't gotten any response via our (paid) email support, I'm attempting to post here in the hopes that one of your support personnel will see this and let me know where this case stands.
