NamedWidgetLocator with parent?

Postby klaraward » Tue Oct 19, 2010 6:14 am

As far as I can find, there's no NamedWidgetLocator constructor that takes a parent locator (in this case I would like a SectionLocator).

Is there a workaround for this, other than having more specific names for widgets?

ui.findAll and checking all results is all I can think of.

More specific names is the way to go. The point in naming a widget would be to find it easily, and without having to specify hierarchy/position. Having a unique name makes for the easiest case.
