Unable to Install Windows Tester 3.4

Hi All,

I was trying to install Windows Tester for 3.4 using below link
http://dl.google.com/eclipse/inst/windo ... latest/3.4
it was given me no repository found when i have done through the eclipse/Software updates.

So Please let me know how i can install windows tester for 3.4 version eclipse

Did you do a Help > Software Updates > Available Software > Add site . Do not see any problem here in 3.4

I tried through Help ->Softwareupdates->addsite
but it given me Repository not found.

So Could you please tell me in any other way i can get this software as download mean as a zip file instaed of through Software updates.
