WindowTester annual support query

Hi,

Well its a great news that WindowTester is a free product now, thanks so much!
I have been wondering about the annual support which we purchased few months back.
I posted one issue to the support team last week but didnt get any response.

So, Is it still working or do we need to post all queries/issues on this forum?

If you have an active support, we still honor that. Sorry but I checked our bug tracking system and didn't see the email you mentioned. You can use both the forums and the new support email address that was sent to supported customers last August.
