It look like WindowBuilder Pro 8.0 is available only through an update site. I use eclipse in a local network with no internet access. Is it going to be available in zip file format as before?

Why can't I see the WindowBuilder option in eclipse after I unzipped the WBPro_v8.1.0_UpdateSite_for_Eclipse3.5.zip in eclipse folder. Tried multiple times and restarted eclipse.

Because. as the file name is meant to suggest, it is an update site, so you should use the Eclipse Update Manager to install it.

Unzipping it into your Eclipse folder will do nothing at all.
