Trying to transfer license of Windows Builder Pro

Postby nbaig » Wed Sep 08, 2010 5:05 am

Hi. Back in 2007, our company bought 4 licenses for Windows Builder Pro. I have one copy on my machine that I'm trying to transfer to a new employee but am having problems. I tried uninstalling it on my machine and installing it on the new employee's. However, I'm having problems getting the software registered and activated. Can someone please tell me the correct way of doing this?

It would be helpful to know what "problems" you are having. In general, you would activate the product using your product serial number.

If you go to your Eclipse Help, activation instructions are available in the Installation section of the product docs.

Thanks for your help. The employee account had limited rights to register over the web. After he was granted rights, everything worked out.
