Pixel fields not editable

Postby jdmccall » Mon Nov 09, 2009 11:08 am

Just upgraded to the latest Swing designer, and am having problems editing certain fields. I noticed it first in the GridBagLayout insets page, none of the pixel fields are editable, and they don't look anything like the documentation which shows them as a spinner. I also noticed the same control problem in the border editor when picking an EmptyBorder or MatteBorder. I'm using the 64 bit version of Eclipse if that makes a difference. Version numbers below and a screen shot attached.

WindowBuilder Pro
Version: 7.2.0
Build id: 200911031516

Eclipse SDK
Version: 3.5.0
Build id: I20090611-1540

Any ideas?
Jon

Please give this a try using the very latest Swing Designer v7.2 build.

This may be related to using Windows 2003 rather than XP, Vista or 7.

Thanks. The latest version appears to fix the problem.

I'm not using 2003, I am using XP64 bit, which often appears to other programs as if it is Windows 2003 server.

Thanks for the assistance.

Windows XP 64-Bit is basically the same thing as 2003 Server (both are just alternate names for Windows v5.2).
