Hi guys,
I get this message when I try to open on of the panels in one of my projects.
Exception during painting instance of XXXXX. Exception message:"null"
It is a specific control that generates this exception and it is widely used in my project so I need this one fixed. The problem is that there is nothing in the error log that I can use to see what causes this message.
I can fix the control if there is something wrong with it. Just need to know what is wrong. Any ideas how to find the reason for this exception?
I'm using JBuilder 2008R2 + Swing designer 6.9.2.

Where does that error message appear?
If nothing appears in your log, then you likely need to use the brute force approach of commenting out parts of the code until you can narrow down the line that causes the problem.
If you provide a test case, we can probably provide more advice.

Message appears on all forms that contain specific Control. It is displayed where that control should appear.
The same Panel that has problem when I open it directly is properly displayed when it is used in another panel.
Where I can send you test project and steps?
