Ugly title/buttons on top of Design tab

I have activated the two week evaluation of the commercial version of Swing Designer.

When the Design tab is selected, the text "Swing Designer Pro---" (the rest is hidden by the first button) and two buttons "Activate License..." and "Buy It Now!" are displayed at the top of the tabbed window.

I guess that these artefacts will disappear if a permanent license is activated?
