Problems installing Swing Designer on Galileo

Dear Folks,

I did freshly download Eclipse Galileo EE (Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers. Build id: 20090621-0832)
and tries install the Swing Designer from
the update side: http://download.instantiations.com/D2WB ... ate/E-3.5/

However I do get the error:

Wait 5 minutes, restart Eclpse, and try it again.

1) I waited way more than 5 minutes
2) I restarted Galileo
3) I visited Help->Install New Software

Now its says: No repository found at http://download.instantiations.com/D2WB ... ate/E-3.5/.

Unless you have a firewall problem or some other issue actually accessing our update site, that problem is always very temporary.

This is a problem common to all Eclipse update sites and can happen any time the update site itself is in the process of updating (for our latest build update site, this can occur one or more times a day). If you waited substantially more than 5 minutes, you might have gotten "lucky" and hit it when it was updating its bits again.

We are processing several thousand updates a day from that exact update site, so it is not a general issue and not an issue that occurs for more than a few minutes at a time.

Unfortunately,this is one of the known flaws of the Eclipse update site process. ZIP files are also provided as an alternative.
