Free-Version no longer availabe?

Hello everyone,

I am a little bit confused - I read on a few sites and in this forum, that there exists/ed a free limited version of the GUI Builder.

However I am unable to find a download link. I hope that this not just because I am too dumb to look in the right places.

If someone could just tell me where / if this version is still available I would be very grateful.

There is only one set of downloads that can be activated in paid, eval or free modes.
