Migration from VAJ

Postby Theo Hendriksen » Thu Jun 24, 2004 4:56 am

I 'm working with VAJ for a long time now and we want to step over to WSAD. But because we use the Visual Composition Editor (VCE) in VAJ a lot, we want another good visual editor. We tested the VE from WSAD and found a lot of bugs which can not be correct in the near future. So we now look for something better.

My question is: is there an easy was to migrate our designs in VCE from VAJ to the Swing Designer?

Please help.

Have you tried just opening the windows with Swing Designer? We have had a great deal of success editing code created with VAJ or the VE. If you find an example that does not work, send it to us at support@set-designer.com for analysis. Ultimately, we wold like Designer to be able to edit any VAJ or VE created code.
