JBuilder 2005 to Eclipse + Swing designer?

Postby liam21c » Sun Feb 08, 2009 5:17 pm

Hello Everyone!
I'm currently working on a java project which was made with JBuilder 2005. I already tried to migrate the project to Netbeans and eclipse with ve, but they failed to migrate the GUI components correctly.
I am wondering if Swing Designer can solve this issue, since it is part of more recent JBuilder versions..

It should be able to. We and CodeGear have tried it with hundreds of examples built using the original JBuilder GUI builder.

CodeGear actually OEM'ed Swing Designer precisely because it was so good at reverese engineering older JB code.
