Designer Look and Feel

The first thing I do when I go into the "Design" tab for a file is to set the look and feel to "Windows" or "current platform". The problem is, I have to do this every time I want to use the Designer on a file, because it defaults to "undefined". Instead of having to to this, it would be great if it remembered what I picked last time, or if there was a preference for this (is there?). Minor problem, but somewhat annoying.

It will actually default to anything you like.

Instead of having to to this, it would be great if it remembered what I picked last time, or if there was a preference for this (is there?).
