Yes. We plan to support JSR 296 later this year.

Hello,

do you support it in the current version of Swing Designer?

There is very limited support for JSR 296 at this point.

Swing Designer can generate SingleFrameApplication subclasses and that is about it.

Support for Swing data binding will be coming later and will look much like our SWT data binding.

What are your plans for the future? Do you plan to support it fully during Q2 ?

Hello,

again about data binding ;)

JSR 295 will be integrated in Java7 and is based on SwingLabs jdesktop beansbinding.

You actual SWT data binding is not based on that JSR, and your future Swing databinding support will look like it - do you plan to support the JSR 295 anyway?

Thank you.

I don't understand your question.

I already said that we plan to support JSR 296 later this year (that includes Swing Data Binding).

OK, it's just because, to my understanding, JSR-295 and JSR-296 are 2 different things.
But it's ok if you bind them together ;)

I have always heard them discussed as part of the same thing where the data binding framework was an important element of the application framework.

In either case, we plan to support both.
