Add extensions graphical

Hello i'm a studend and for my training period i must write some plugins. Currently i'm studying the Eclipse book. I have the Eclipse book that covers 3.0, but currently i'm working with Eclipse 3.1.1

i'm completely new in the Eclipse plugin stuff and have some questions:

Chapter 6.2 Workbench Window Actions
In the extensions screen we want to choose "New > ActionSet" as said on page 239 but the only thing i see is "New > Generic" instead of the ActionSet. I have the same problem when i choose the "org.eclipse.ui.views"

The only way is to add everything in the XML... then it works fine!

Can anyone help?

Our problem is solved.
We used Progress eclipse in OpenEdge Architect. Now we've updated to the real Eclipse 3.1 in the Architect and now it works fine!
