new bie to plugin development

Hi guys,
Here is what I am trying to do, I have a little framework that is checked in to CVS as a jar file. I want to provide a feature in eclipse under new project part something like file--> new project--> myproject. Upon selecting file->new project->myproject, plugin should create a new project with project folder structure like config, lib,src. and package hierarchy like com.mycompany.package1. and goto CVS and pulled down framework jar file and place it under lib. and under package1 it should create a class that extend a perticular class from the pulled down framework with some abstract methods. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
