ResourceTransfer - where is it?

Postby Eddie » Wed Aug 18, 2004 1:38 pm

I was trying to go by building the Favorites example plug-in bit by bit, but eventually got bit (no pun intended) by Eclipse not wanting to compile my plug-in since it couldn't find ResourceTransfer. All docs indicate it is in org.eclipse.ui.part but I can't get Eclipse to find that either.
I noticed the .classpath posted on the website, and that does make the plug-in compile, but I still wonder - how come this happened? What is the actual work around to fix just this problem?

Thanks!

The ResourceTransfer class was moved to the new org.eclipse.ui.ide plugin in Eclipse 3.0. It used to be in the org.eclipse.ui.workbench plugin under Eclipse 2.1.
