According to the publisher, our book has been published!

Any copies pre-ordered from Amazon should start shipping in a week or so. Copies should
also start appearing on the shelves of Borders and Barnes & Noble (etc.) sometime in July.
We are told that Barnes & Noble has picked it up as a special, so it should get special display
treatment on their shelves.

Is there an e-book version of it that I can purchase and download?

Not yet. I beleive that the plan is to make an electronix version available via Safari Bookshelf.
The earlier books from the Eclipse series are already available there.
