Where is the install/update tutorial?!?!

Every plugin should integrate with the install/update perspective. Not including it in a book about Commercial QUALITY plugins is doing a great disservice to the eclipse community.

I just noticed this covered in 18.3. Guess I just need a table of contents  . I do believe that this perspecitve should have its own chapter in every eclipse plugins book though. It is that important towards making eclipse more usable.
