Problem with forum search

I searched for "cwcswin" using the "Search this forum" search box and got no results.

However, the post in the following post contains the text:
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1259&start=0

I had an error message containing "cwcswin" and finding the post right away might have saved me quite some time.

A search for the posts subject "Vista problems" does not find anything either.

Any idea what might be the reason for this behavior?

The search index had become partially corrupted, so we rebuilt it. Now it seems to be fine.
