One addition to the Smalltalk Solutions agenda this year will be Camp Smalltalk. The term “Camp Smalltalk” refers to loosely organized gatherings of Smalltalkers where they work on extending and improving the capabilities of Smalltalk. Camp Smalltalk will take place before Smalltalk Solutions on Saturday, March 12 and Sunday, March 13 from 10 AM until 8 PM both days.

For more information about Camp Smalltalk, a Google Code project and wiki has been created at Camp Smalltalk 2011 Wiki. If you are interested in participating, please update the wiki with your name and with any projects you would like to sponsor or participate in.

How do I join the camp-smalltalk project?
Anyone can read the camp-smalltalk project pages and comment on them. However, if you want to add new pages or change existing pages, you will need 2 things:

  • A Google Account (perhaps you already have one for posting to Google Groups or for access to other Google applications)
  • One of the project owners must add your Google Account email address to the project. Email Donald Mac Queen (dmacq@instantiations.com) or John O'Keefe (john_okeefe@instantiations.com) from your Google Account email address and we will be happy to add you to the project.
John O'Keefe [|], Principal Smalltalk Architect, Instantiations Inc.
