VA DB classes: Missing implementor #searchedDeleteName

Hi,

The VA DB classes invoke the method #searchedDeleteName which is not implemented anywhere (it therefore seems that the code invoking #searchedDeleteName is actually never run).

- Take a fresh image (I tested with 6.0.3 and 8.0.1)
- Load the feature "VA: Database, Oracle"
- Search for senders of searchedDeleteName => 2 results (AbtMultiRowResultRow>>#executeDelete, AbtQueryResultRow>>#executeDelete)
- Search for implementors of searchedDeleteName => no results
