OpenGL Wrapper - new version

Ok, here is a new OpenGL wrapper for VASmalltalk under Windows. My special thanks to Sebastian Heidbrink, who took my old code, threw the GUI stuff away and rewrote the widget layer stuff and we merged together over the last two weeks our both source bases to present a new wrapper - much better than my original code. That was much fun !
