OLE error with MS word

Our VA app makes extensive use of OLE automation with MS Word. Periodically we have customers report errors like the one attached.
Can anyone suggest how to interpret what the error means, or direct me to where I can find information on it?

Thanks John. It does help in that it points out we need to better handle this error object (EXCEPINFO) and at least get the error description in the pointer reference. I had hoped I would get lucky and someone would point me to some MS Word error code reference, but I supsect that such a document not exist.
