VA V6 RAM Bucket is full

Hi I am from Indonesia, and I am using VA since V3, V4 and migrate to V6 on 2005. We are facing 'RAM bucket is full' problem when trying to generate/compile ICX file. We plan to upgrade to newer version soon, but your help on this matter will be very helpful ......
