Which linux OS (and version) is officially supported with VA7.0?

I believe this is the complete list of Linux releases officially supported by VA Smalltalk v7.0 -- it is from our internal V7 testing page:
* RH 9
* RH AS2.1
* RH Enterprise WS4.0
* SUSE 9.3
You can actually find this information on our System Requirements page:
