Is there any hope for version 8.0 (are the slides available from the 8.0-preview talk) ?

I guess there is hope, but I'm pretty well consumed with Seaside, so I wouldn't say that cdecl in V8 is probable

V8 Preview slides from Smalltalk Solutions are available from our website (http://www.instantiations.com/company/d ... vents.html) and from the Smalltalk Solutions website (http://www.stic.st/stic?content=sts08Detail -- scroll down to near the end of the June 20 presentations).

Case 24638 is open on this topic. Fix will be available in V8.0.1 (but not for EsEntgryPoint as of now).
