Two ways to find out:

a) Go to class String (or its super classes) and look for methods, which may suits your needs.

b) In Transcript window you may use "Tools\Browse Implementors ...." and as a search pattern perhaps stuff like *upper*case* and then you may look through the results and perhaps there is something which is usefull for you.
