MISSING MxESd16 in esd

Hi,
I am getting the text "MISSING MxESd16 in esd" displayed in the walkback window when we get a walkback from a packaged image. There must be something missing from our packaging that cannot find appropriate message strings. It had been working for years, but this just started happening.

Can someone help me identify what I am "missing"?

We are running VA 5.5 on OS2.

I would guess, that esd.cat it missing ... and the message is:

"Walkback at %1 on %2"
