Adding charts and Graphs to Palette

Postby halexander » Mon Oct 18, 2010 4:40 pm

Can anyone help me, I need to add a pie chart or graph to the Instantiation's palette, I looked around with no luck on how to add it. I downloaded the latest gxt.jar file but I could get it to work with GWT Designer 7.3.0, any help would be appreciated.

The product docs cover adding new widgets to the palette.

GWT Designer v7.3 is no longer supported. Please use v8.0 or higher.

The product already supports GXT quite well.

It would be helpful to see the actual stack trace.

It does not supply me with a stack trace, I followed the instructions at Products Docs and all it says is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.extjs.gxt.charts.client.Chart.

Have you added the "com.extjs.gxt.charts.Chart" module into your module xml file?

That class is not contained in the normal GXT module.
