Installing gwt designer in springsouce 2.3.3M1 ide

I am unable to install gwt designer in springsource sts 2.3.3 M1 and am getting the following error:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: GWT Designer Core 7.6.0.r35x201007150324 (com.instantiations.designer.gwtcore.feature.feature.group 7.6.0.r35x201007150324)
Missing requirement for filter (&(osgi.os=win32)(osgi.ws=win32)): GWT Designer Core 7.6.0.r35x201007150324 (com.instantiations.designer.gwtcore.feature.feature.group 7.6.0.r35x201007150324) requires 'com.instantiations.designer.gwt.hosted.1_4.ie [7.6.0.r35x201007150324]' but it could not be found

This is a windows vista home premium 64 bit OS .

I have installed gwt designer just fine in my other eclipse ide's on this my home machine, and in springsource sts 2.3.3 M1 on my 32 bit pc at work.

Any suggestions?

I found a post from back in May that answered my question about gwt designer on 64 bit windows.

Note that the limitation is GWT under Windows, not GWT Designer.

GWT Designer works fine in 64-0bit Linux and OSX, for example.
