I'm testing GWT Designer. Nice product, I'll almost certainly be buying a license.
However there's currently an annoying issue. I want to turn off what appears to be "snap to grid". I can't find anything which toggles that (or which would toggle display of the grid.) I'll also note that keyboard "nudging" of the position of a widget is apparently impossible with the snap to grid because the nudges are smaller than a grid element.

Holding the "Shift" key disables any snapping.

The latest build now has the preference page for 'absolute' panels. See 'WindowBuilder->GWT->Layouts->Absolute' preference page.
