GWT Designer Palette missing SuggestBox

I am using GWT 2.0.0 and GWT Designer 7.2.0 (WindowBuilder Pro Version: 7.2.0 Build id: 200911031516) in Eclipse 3.5.

I was looking at the palette widgets on this page: http://download.instantiations.com/Desi ... ettes.html

I wanted to try the SuggestBox, but I found that it doesn't appear on my palette - why is it missing and how can I get it to appear? I also seem to be missing FileUpload. I checked in the Palette Manager and all available items are selected.

Make sure that you are using the latest GWT Designer v7.2.0 build. Both SuggestBox and FileUpload are available on the palette.
