GXT 2.1.0 has been released and GWT designer doesn't like the new version.
I'm hoping that an updated GWT designer will be released soon.

We are working on support for the new GXT 2.1 release and will update GWT Designer when it is ready.

The latest GWT Designer v7.2 update now supports GXT 2.1.
