Invoke a JavaScript method

Postby ishtein » Wed Aug 19, 2009 9:56 am

I am looking for a way to invoke a JavaScript method in an existing HTML markup. Here is my scenario:

I created a page with an HTML widget on a panel. I have some JavaScript code that I need to execute when the page is loaded. My initial plan was to inclulde a JavaScript handler for HTML body onLoad event (part of the widget's HTML), but the handler never executes. I need a way to invoke a method in JavaScript, through an event or directly from the generated code. Please advise - thanks!

General GWT usage questions should be directed to Google's GWT forum.

This forum is specifically for GWT Designer related issues.
