I would like to take my eclipse, reverse GWT-Designer back to a "Trial" edition, remove my personal license, and then hand off that entire Eclipse runtime to another user.
Can we "De-License" your product without doing an complete uninstall?
If not what is the best approach to uninstall the product?

If you installed using the Update Manager, you can unistall the same way.
Deleting the Instantiations.license file in your user home directory will remove all of the licensing info.
