Problem with panel height [SOLVED]

I have a big panel and when it get certain height, I can't see the components added on this panel.
The only thing I can see are the borders of this components. My designer looks like the following image:

Did anyone have this same problem?
Is it a bug? How can I fix it ?

The design window length is limited by Eclipse to be the size of the display.

Using a bigger display (or bigger virtual display) will allow you to increase the height.
