Following the tutorial deployment documentation it says to "Select your GWT module file and right-click to select the Google Web Toolkit > Deploy Module"
and shows 6 options including the Deploy module.
I only show GWT module (GWT Library - not included in the 6 options) and GWT remote service and none of the other 4.
I believe I am using all the same versions etc. Is there something else I have failed to install.
Thanks

You need to "select your GWT module file" as stated in the tutorial.
Based on your description, it doesn't sound like you are doing that.
Feel free to provide a screen shot of what you are right-clicking on so that the menu is visible in context.

I am selecting the project.
Should I be selecting a component of the project?
It says select the Module file. I haven't seen any reference to what a module file is, but probably missed it.
Thanks

The
<module>.gwt.xml file, the entry point for the module or the package containing the module.
