How To Update data on form-grid binding .....

i am creating an application which generates a view as in the following hyper link in bold letters.
on selecting a row the corresponding values are displayed on right hand panel.
I want to update the values in the right hand panel and at the same time i want those updated values to be reflected on
left hand side row. Plz refer the link below to help me...
