How long it takes to get Activation key by email?

Postby cube3x3 » Sun Oct 19, 2008 8:05 am

Hi All,

I have been using GWT Designer from last 2 weeks and I really liked it.
Yesterday I bought the 1 year subscription and my evaluation version expried today. The problem is that I still haven't received any email from Instantiations people.
I send an email to the suppport, but no response from there also.
I have a project deadline coming up so I am really anxious about this issue.
Can I know how long it takes to receive the key? and is it because of WEEKEND?

You most certainly have been sent an e-mail. In fact, your new serial number was e-mailed to you yesterday (immediately after you purchased the product).

The problem is that you are using gmail which should never be used for commercial transactions like this.

Check your gmail spam folder, and you will likely find your serial number.

Our Sales department is available to help you 6am to 5pm PST M-F.
