Unable to complete Login Tutorial

Hello, I just purchased a GWT license, however I'm unable to complete the Login Tutorial at http://download.instantiations.com/DesignerDoc/integration/latest/docs/html/gwt/tutorial/tutorial_login.html. The key problem is that when I click "Choose Widget" and select my Composite, and then click OK, nothing is placed in the Design (or Source) of the rootPanel.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Here are my runtime details:
Windows XP SP2
Eclipse 3.3 "Europa" (eclipse.buildId=M20080221-1800)
Sun JDK 1.6.0_05 (java.runtime.version=1.6.0_05-b13)
GWT Designer 4.0 (e.g. file:/C:/bin/gwt-designer-4.0/Shared_v5.3.2.200802210053/E-3.3/eclipse/plugins/com.instantiations.common.core_5.3.2.200802210053/)

I also have the JBoss tools, Mylyn, Eclipse Monkey, and Subclipse installed.

Works for me. Any exceptions in your Eclipse ".log" file?
