Hi Eric,
When i try to run gwt-ext module in gwt host mode, i get a "out of memory" error.
I had set the jvm argument "-Xmx768m -XX:MaxPermSize=768m",

I don't know. It would be helpful to see your Eclipse ".log" file.
I run Eclipse with the following settings...
-XX:MaxPermSize=256m -Xms768m -Xmx768m
Also, if you are having problems with GWT-Ext in hosted mode, you should probably post your question to Google's GWT forum or to the GWT-Ext forum.
