Latest installer link broken

Broken? Umm...no. That page doesn't even exist, so it can't be "broken". It sounds like you have a bad bookmark to an old doc page.

Then you should go to the product download page and download it. Or if you prefer, go to current doc pages and access it from there.

If you want to download the product, you need to click on the various Download links on the download page. That has always been the way to download the product since the first day it was released.

You should also refresh the download page as it appears that you browser cache might be stale. When I go to that page, the "full installer" link (which is a link to the installation instructions, not the download itself) is...
